		<description>It&#039;s a serious question as to the &quot;quality&quot; of English versus German Wikipedia. The German one fits people&#039;s ideas of quality more, but I&#039;ve asked German speakers about this who actually &lt;i&gt;use&lt;/i&gt; the English one precisely because it&#039;s got more stuff in it.</description>
